The Heart Festival is a magical event, brought to life by the love and dedication of our incredible team of volunteers. By joining our crew, you'll be a vital part of this amazing journey, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly from setup to pack down.
What We Offer:
A Festival Ticket: In exchange for 16 hours of your time, 4 x 4 hour shifts, spread over the festival so you still have plenty of time to enjoy your time with us, you'll receive a full festival ticket.
Community Spirit: Be part of a warm, welcoming community that values each member's contribution.
Memorable Experience: Create unforgettable memories and friendships while contributing to a meaningful cause.
Your Contribution:
To support our mission and ensure all volunteers are well taken care of, we ask for a donation of £88. This nominal fee covers your food and camping for the duration of the festival.
What You'll Do:
Setup: Help us prepare the festival grounds, ensuring everything is in place for an amazing event.
During the Event: Assist with various tasks to keep the festival running smoothly, from guiding attendees to helping with activities. House keeping. Supporting the look, feel, cleanliness, and vibe of our spaces. Serving our beautiful food offerings at meal times. Welcoming campers and helping them locate their parking space etc.
Pack Down: Work with the team to ensure everything is packed away efficiently and safely.
