CANCELLATION POLICY

Whilst we are unable to offer refunds on tickets, if you find you are unable to make Heart Festival 2024, we welcome you to sell your ticket to a friend.

Please let us know if you are doing so, and be sure to check your friend is fully aware of all the details of the festival before hand, in particular how food is included and served at Heart Festival.

If you are also selling on a ticket and they have different dietary requirements to what you have booked, you will need to contact us to make us aware of any changes at least 10 days before the event.

If you are unable to sell on your ticket, feel free to contact us by email about postponing your ticket to next year. Whilst we cannot guarantee this is possible at this stage, we are open to making it possible if Heart Festival goes ahead in 2025, as we very much hope it will.
