We warmly invite you to Heart Festival
Heart Festival is a unique, family-friendly, retreat-style gathering held at the Leela Centre in Dorset. It’s a celebration of life and an invitation to come together as a small village of love — sharing food, meditation, music, and joyful connection. In this spirit of togetherness, we explore more natural, human ways of living and discover how collective love can help heal our world.
The festival offers a nourishing programme for all ages, including world-class kirtan, uplifting live music, heart-opening yoga, inspiring workshops, and a dedicated children’s programme so little ones can play, learn, and thrive.
Our food is an expression of care and community. Enjoy delicious vegetarian meals, lovingly prepared on-site with fresh ingredients — moments to nourish body, heart, and connection.
Heart Festival is more than an event. It’s a community, a movement, and a way of living yoga — not just on the mat, but in daily life. You’ll be welcomed exactly as you are and supported to grow, connect, and flourish.
As a non-profit festival, all proceeds support the international charity work of the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation, helping share yoga, love, and healing with communities around the world.
Come join us. Celebrate life, live in unity, and be part of a ripple of love that reaches far beyond the festival itself.
Welcome to Heart Festival.
Heart Festival aims to be a little piece of heaven on Earth. When we rest in the heart energy, our capacity to engage with life in a peaceful and loving way is naturally and effortlessly multiplied. Coming together in this way, we support ourselves, each other and all the children who benefit from the Heart Of Living Yoga Foundation.
Our Vision
“The very centre of your heart is where life begins. The most beautiful place on earth.”

“The Heart Festival is a unique and very special event. I went to the first one last year on my own and it was a magical weekend of music, dance, chanting, yoga, meditation, sound healing and a lot of love, hugs and a great sense of community. The food was great and I loved the evening gatherings around the fire. Really looking forward to this years festival”

“Heart festival is the most gorgeous friendly little festival - the perfect size and full of lovely, lovely people. The kirtan singing, dancing in nature, meditation, yoga and other practices offered are so heart opening. It’s delightful eating delicious shared meals together and having fun in the sun. I look forward to singing and dancing with you there. "
